Web store software WooCommerce
Our webshop has been developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Our webshop has been developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen Neostrada for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Neostrada has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Neostrada is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
Web hosting
Neostrada
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Neostrada. Neostrada processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Neostrada has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Neostrada is bound by the confidentiality agreement.
Payment processors
Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. All the guarantees mentioned above with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data longer than permitted by law.
Reviews
Trust pilot
We collect reviews through the Trustpilot platform. If you leave a review via Trustpilot, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Trustpilot shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Trustpilot also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Trustpilot may contact you to clarify your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with Trustpilot. Shipping and logistics
PostNL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
DHL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out the deliveries. Zoho
We use the services of Zoho to keep track of our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. Zoho is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Zoho will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Bol.com
We sell (part of) our articles via the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com will share your order and personal data with us. General purpose of the processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing.
