Do you mention prices including VAT?

All prices stated on this website are prices including 21% VAT and if you buy it from our shop in Kleve then it is  including 19% VAT.

Do you require a down payment?

Did you place your order with us in the store? Then you have to make a down payment of 30%. Did you place your order in our webshop, by phone or by mail? Then we ask for an full advance payment; you may choose partial payment with klarna.

Can I PIN on delivery?

Unfortunately we do not offer this at the moment, we hope to offer this service soon.

How does payment work in the webshop?

If you have placed an order in the webshop, you will be asked to complete the payment in the shopping cart with various options like iDEAL, Bancontact etc, Once you are done with the payment you will soon receive an order confirmation email.

Can I also pay by bank?

Yes, this is possible. Please contact us via email and we will generate a order number for you and share the bank details. Please make sure that you have your order number mentioned in the bank transfer.

What are the modes of payment you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, mastercard , maestro cards, Ideal, Bancontact, Giropay,
Klarna. Once your selected product is in the shopping cart with all the delivery information at the end you may see all the different options for the payment.
