How long is my warranty?
Our products are of high-quality. You can also find the term of warranty in the product description. The guarantee consists of a two-year full guarantee according to the Central Industry Association for Housing. In the unlikely event that your product still shows a defect, we will be happy to help you resolve this as quickly and properly as possible.

MAKING A REPORT:
If you have a question or want to report a defect, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear description and your order number. In order to help you as quickly as possible, we ask you to attach a clear photo if possible.

Do you also have products in stock?
We believe that you should not have to wait to have the furniture you love and want to have. Thus we have many products in stock that can be delivered to you quickly. This information is displayed on the website with the product. If a product is out of stock then you may share your email and as soon as the product is back in stock we will contact you and you might get some discount as well that you waited.
Can I get more information about a product?
When you visit our store, our employees are of course always there for you and can answer any questions you have about our products. Of course there is also the possibility to get more information about our products on our website and customer service via “chat“ and email
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you still want to change or cancel the order you have placed, you can do this by contacting our customer service via email@example.com.

Our team is always ready to assist you between 10 am and 6 pm CEST. You can also visit our store.

Yes, our pricing is consistent across our store and online. Should you notice an inconsistency, please contact us.
Are all of your products available online?
How can I ensure the furniture I am ordering fits in my home?
It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit in desired rooms, as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators and hallways. Each product has it’s dimensions specified in their description for your assistance.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you placed your order in the store, contact us at the store for status updates. For all other orders, contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your order number so that we may assist you more quickly
