Information about warranty & returns

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the online store are your responsibility. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, or with equivalent replacement packaging, will be returned to us.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at service@thetablelabel.com. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exceptions to returns

The exceptions to returns apply to items that have clearly been damaged after transportation.

Warranty

At thetablelabel.com, we guarantee that the products will be delivered in good condition and will remain beautiful for a long time under normal use. The standard warranty period is 1 year. The warranty period for metal and wood is 2 years.

If a product arrives in poor condition, we will work together to find a solution. It is legally required to notify us of a defect in the product within 30 days of its discovery. Provided that the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide free repair, partial refund of the purchase amount, or a replacement product. If the damage to the product is your own fault or if there is wear and tear due to normal use, you are not entitled to free warranty.

Refund

After returning the product, you can expect a refund within 14 days of our receipt, provided it is received in good order.

Return conditions

We have a return period of up to 14 days after delivery. We also expect that you return the items undamaged (due to your own actions), clean, and in (excessive) unused condition. If you want to return products through us, please contact customer service and you can use our return transport service for a fee of €120.
